    I’m sorry – but a diet of LESS THAN 500 CALORIES A DAY – will lose ANYone 30 lbs in a month !!! Even Weight Watchers’ diet is based on about 1200-to-1500 calories a day. Skinny MODELS eat more than 500 calories a day. To suggest that it’s the CUMIN – when you’re eating less than 500 calories a day – is asking everyone to suspend their credibility to the point of snapping. If anyone ate less than 500 calories a day – their entire system would shut down.

    you will def loose up to 30 lbs in a month consuming 500 cal per day. your entire system will not shut down but you will be a bit weak and may have your hair begin to fall out. the HCG diet has ppl on 500-750 kcal per day. it is not a long term maintainable life style and you risk lowering your metabolism if you do not do it correctly…but the spices are not the key here, it is the very low calorie diet…

    This should be redone..less than 500 calories a day consumption is extremly unhealthy. I would like to see this study re-done with a normal 1200-1800 cal/day diet and see if it helps any…maybe I will try it myself…
