Two days before starting this don’t eat anything that has dairy in it. The day before you begin drink a herbal tea before going to sleep.
This cup of herbal tea will help your intestines remove any harmful toxins in the body. It’s extremely important not to overload your lungs during this detoxification.
Procedure:
Juice two lemons and mix the lemon juice with 300ml of water. Drink this before eating anything else in the morning. After your finished eating breakfast drink 300 ml of fresh grapefruit juice or pineapple juice. Both of the juices contain a natural antioxidant that is very beneficial for the lungs. Between breakfast and lunch, drink 300 ml. freshly squeezed carrot juice. Carrot juice will improve the blood.
During lunch, drink 400 ml. of the juice below which is rich in potassium. Potassium is a key element in clearing the lungs.

- 350 g. Parsnip
- 350 g. Green peppers
- 200 g. watercress
- 350 g. cucumbers
