The gallbladder is a small organ which stores bile, which is a digestive fluid, created in the liver. Gallstones are hard deposits located in it, which range in size, and may consist of cholesterol, salt, or bilirubin.
Moreover, the stones may differ in color, from dark green, tainted white, to red.
Unfortunately, numerous people suffer from gallstones, but they experience no signs or develop allergic reactions such as rashes. The gallstones can increase in size, and they reduce the cholesterol levels.
As they are highly permeable, they can absorb bacteria, parasites, and other organisms as they pass through the liver channel, and thus lead to additional health complications.
Yet, the following recipe can help you get rid of gallstones completely naturally:
You will need:
- The juice of 1 large and two small grapefruits
- Half a cup of cold pressed olive oil
- 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt (unrefined)
- A cup with a lid
Prepare the recipe when you have an entire day free, and you should have low-fat foods for breakfast and lunch. You should not take any supplements the day before.
The Plan
By 2pm:
Do not eat anything after 2pm.
-Mix 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt with 3 glasses of clean water, and pour the mixture into a suitable container. Store it in the fridge. You will get 4 doses.
At 6pm:
-Drink the first dose, or the first quarter of the mixture.
By 8pm:
-Drink the second 1/4.
At 9:45pm:
Squeeze the grapefruits into a cup and mix it with half the measure of the olive oil. Close it and mix well to prepare a mixture similar to smoothies.
By 10 pm:
